    Super friendly staff. Very concerned that I didn't want sugar or sweetener in my coffee.

    Employees don't smile or speak. Treat you like you're bothering them. Slow to get food. Kept sending food out of the drive through instead of serving inside. Finally got my Big Mac meal and fries were cold and soggy. They just pulled fries out of the fryer so I know they had good hot ones to serve. Big Mac is cold too. Won't be returning to ponchatoula Macdonalds again unless changes are made!
